Think of your password as a secret recipe. GALAXY never writes it down — anywhere. It runs it through a one-way mathematical blender (PBKDF2). You can blend a tomato into juice, but you cannot un-blend juice back into a tomato. Only the irreversible output is saved.

Create a Custom Tab
Click "+ Create Tab" in the sidebar. Name it (Finance, Health, Career…) and choose an icon. Tabs are your life domains.

Add Sections & Tasks
Inside each tab, click "+ Section" to create categories. Then click "+ Add Task" inside a section. Add a name, note, due date, and priority.

Set Priority Status
Click the coloured dot on any task to set its status: 🔴 Critical, 🟡 In Progress, 🟢 Done. Critical tasks appear in Priority Stream automatically.

Use the Dashboard
Dashboard shows all tasks across every tab. Click stat cards to filter by status. Drag tasks to reorder. Search across all tasks instantly.
💡 Pro Tip: Use Priority Stream as your daily command centre. It pulls all red/critical tasks from every tab so you always know what needs attention first.

Password Recovery with Seed Phrase

On the login screen, click "Forgot password?" below the login button. This takes you to the recovery screen.

Enter Your Seed Words
Type each of your 12 (Basic) or 24 (Premium/Elite) recovery words into the numbered boxes in exact order. Words turn green as they're recognised.

Elite: Upload Key File
Elite users must also upload their .galaxy-key file. This was downloaded when you created your account. Both seed AND key file are required.

Set New Password
Once verified, set your new password. Your account, all data, and settings are preserved. Only the password changes.
⚠ Critical: Your seed phrase is your master key. Store it physically — written on paper, in a fireproof safe or bank locker. Anyone with your seed words can reset your password.

Click "Documents" in the sidebar. You'll see a folder panel on the left and your files on the right.

Click "+" in the folder panel to create folders (e.g. IDs, Property, Medical, Finance). Organise your documents just like on your computer.

Click "+ Upload File" or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Files up to 50MB are supported. They're stored in your browser's local storage — never uploaded anywhere.

Move & Download
Double-click any file to move it to a different folder. Single-click to download it to your device. Use the search bar to find files instantly.
💡 Pro Tip: Use the Export Backup feature regularly to save your documents alongside your tasks and notes in a single JSON file. Store this backup on an encrypted USB drive.

In the sidebar footer, click "💾 Export Backup." A JSON file is downloaded containing all your tasks, notes, and settings. Documents are noted but not included (export separately).

Store the JSON file on an encrypted USB drive, external hard drive, or a trusted local location. Back up weekly for important data.

Restore on Any Device
Open GALAXY on any device. Click "📥 Import Backup" in the sidebar. Select your JSON file. All data is restored instantly — no server, no sync required.

Reset Data (Keep Account)
Click "🔒 Reset & Wipe Data" to erase all tasks, notes and documents while keeping your account credentials intact. Requires your current password.

Absolutely. GALAXY is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your browser with zero network requests after loading. We have no servers, no accounts, no telemetry. Your data never leaves your device.
GALAXY uses a seed-phrase recovery system — like a crypto wallet. Basic gives you 12 recovery words, Premium/Elite give you 24. Write these down at registration and store them safely. To reset your password, enter all words in exact order. Elite adds a Key File as a physical second factor.
After payment is confirmed, your Galaxy Kit is delivered to your registered email — containing your GALAXY HTML file, User Manual PDF, seed phrase guide, and (for Elite) the Key File instructions. You'll also receive a WhatsApp message with the download link.
GALAXY works on iPhone, Android, iPad, MacBook (Safari/Chrome), and Windows PC (Chrome/Edge/Firefox). The mobile interface has a slide-out sidebar and touch-friendly controls. You can even add it to your home screen as a web app.
Yes. Copy the HTML file to any device. Use Export Backup to save your data as a JSON file, then Import on the new device. Data does not sync automatically — this is intentional for maximum privacy and security.
We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, any UPI app), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), and Debit/Credit cards. Payment is one-time only — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.
The Key File is a unique .galaxy-key file generated when Elite users create their account. For password recovery, Elite requires BOTH the 24-word seed phrase AND this physical key file. This means even someone with your seed words cannot reset your password without the file — making Elite the most secure tier.
